Ready, Set, Enroll

You’ve come to the right place.

Completing your enrollment is fast and easy. Simply login to the Benefits Enrollment Center through Okta, follow the step-by-step instructions, and boom! You’re done.

New Hire

  • As a new hire, it’s important to note that you must complete your enrollment within 30 days of your date of hire. If you miss this deadline, a medical questionnaire will be required and may result in restricted or declined coverage.
  • Go to Okta > Benefits Enrollment Center > New Hire Benefits Enrollment Event to complete your enrollment within the 30-day window.

Making Changes

You are able to change your medical enrollment during certain life events including:

  • Marriage, divorce, separation
  • Birth, legal adoption of a child, placement for adoption, permanent guardianship
  • Death of a spouse or child

If you experience such a life event during the year, you must make this change by submitting it as a qualified life event in the Benefits Enrollment Center within 30 days of the life event.

Benefit changes will generally be effective on the event date. Changes made more than 31 days after the date of the event will require a medical questionnaire, which may result in restricted or declined coverage.

  • Click Change Your Current Benefits
  • Follow the prompts to complete your enrollment
