Coverage Highlights:

• No Deductibles

Dental Services Coverage:

• Preventive and Basic Services: 80% reimbursement of eligible expenses
• Major Services: 50% reimbursement of eligible expenses
• Orthodontia: 50% reimbursement of eligible expenses for adults and children up to a lifetime maximum of $2,000 per person

Annual Maximums:

• Preventive and Basic Services: Up to $1,500 per person per year (combined)
• Major Services: Up to $1,500 per person, per year
• Orthodontia: $2,000 per person, lifetime maximum 

Additional Coverage Details:

• TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint Disorder): Lifetime maximum of $1,000 per person
• Recall Exams: Once every 6 months

Sun Life Vision

Sun Life vision coverage gives you the freedom to receive treatment within Canada. Your vision care plan covers up to $350 in eligible expenses (contacts, eyeglasses, Lasik) per person in any two-year period.
