We put a lot of heart into creating a benefits package that ensures you have what you need to thrive. Before you start enrolling, take some time to explore your coverage so you don’t miss out on any of the resources available.

Remember:

  • You must enroll in benefits within 30 days of your hire date. If you do not enroll during this period, medical underwriting will be required and your coverage may be restricted or declined.
  • Benefits become effective on your date of hire.

Your Enrollment Checklist

  1. Confirm eligibility: Who is eligible for Confluent benefits?
    • You, a regular full-time employee at Confluent, working at least 20 hours/week
    • Your spouse or domestic partner
    • Your unmarried, dependent child(ren) up to age 21, including biological, adopted, stepchild(ren), child(ren) of your domestic partner, or child(ren) for whom you or your spouse are the legal guardian
    • Your dependent child(ren) up to age 25, who are full-time student(s) attending an educational institution recognized under the Income Tax Act
    • Your children who are mentally or physically disabled and rely on your support
